On-line registration will be open on January 9, 2015. Participants are advised to register by March 20, 2015 to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

- Full registration includes all conference activities: scientific programs, welcome reception, exhibition and lunches & coffee breaks.
- Organizing Committee is pleased to offer 50% discounted registration fee for Abstract Presenters.
  (A discounted registration fee will be refunded after the conference.)

Full payment in US dollar must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

VISA, Master, JCB cards are accepted. Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.

A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat. Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Please note that the fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and the name must be stated on the receipt.

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at ic-kpba@conventionpm.com or by fax at +82-2-2269-4380. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.

1. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
2. Refunds will be made after the conference.
